Blood and Wine. The relic version drops from the griffin that attacks during 'A Portrait of the Witcher as an Old Man'. Lesser versions lie beside Michael Subercaseaux's body at the archespore nest east of Corvo Bianco, next to a skeleton in Grottore's cave, on a knight's body at the Dulcinea windmill where Golyat appears, and in a chest in the tent at the archespore-guarded treasure north-east of Coronata vineyard.
