Next-gen addition. Sits in the chest under the window in Yennefer's room at the palace in Vizima, alongside the rest of the set and both Nine-Tailed Vixen swords. Fast travel to the palace, cross the courtyard to the left, follow the covered walkway and turn right, then take the first door on the left and carry on into the adjoining room. Not available until the White Orchard prologue is behind you.
