Conversing with Reinald's ill-fated spirit gave Geralt the exciting chance to forge anew some ancient, forgotten Wolven armor. If he also tracked down the notes left by the witcher Osmund, Geralt could even improve upon Reinald's frankly experimental gear.
By finding Osmund's notes, Geralt thus became the first witcher of the School of the Wolf who could fashion the mastercrafted and grandmaster armor designed by his talented predecessors.
