Part of the 'From Ofier's Distant Shores' treasure hunt: the four armour diagrams are scattered around bandit camps in Velen. Dulla kh'Amanni, the Ofieri merchant camped at the Upper Mill in north-eastern Velen, has to translate them before you can use them. The sharovary diagram specifically is in the hunter's cottage north of Yantra.
